If ordering beetroot in your juice, remember to ask for a lot of it, (I've noticed if I don't ask, my Beetroot, Carrot and Celery juice turns out quite orange (rather than the standard red). Plus you can add extra 'magic' like chia seeds or protein powder or medicinal mushrooms. A word of advice: this won't taste like your usual coffee, so don't expect it to. It's an experience! Which I should have forewarned my friend who was quite shocked that a coffee can cost $7 - but then she powered through the whole day, so I would say money well spent. I bought a takeaway root vegetable salad, Ayurvedic dahl with coconut yoghurt and turmeric bark for a late breakfast picnic.
