    Good spot to meet up with a friend or two, but I don't recommend coming here with a large group due to the limited seating. They basically only have bar-type seating for up to about 10 people. But I noticed that many people placed to-go orders. They offer a wide variety of fresh American pastries (and quiches)! They even had a vegan option available (banana bread). This time I was drawn to the cinnamon cheesecake, which turned out to be just okay since I wasn't a big fan of the sour topping, but when I return I will definitely try something different (maybe the regular cheesecake since I did enjoy the base). Please note, this establishment is situated around the corner from the Massolitt bookstore/ cafe. Update: Came back for another try, and I'm glad I did. This time I got the original New York Cheesecake and it was perfect. In addition, I ordered a cappuccino which also turned out to be great.

    Perfect! A warm window seat is the prefect place to sit and enjoy a hand poured cup of coffee (where the beans are weighed to ensure a perfect ratio of coffee bean to water which is then slowly poured by hand over them.) This is also the only place in Kraków to get a bagel made in house. Okay so it's not exactly the same density as my beloved NYC bagels but we're thousands of miles away but it was damned good with cream cheese and lox, red onions and capers; just like when I was a kid in NY. There's a big selection of quiche and pastries that presume are the same as what they've been serving at the bookstore for years, always obviously fresh ingredients and some coming love in the recipe. The Massolit Bakery and Cafe made me really really happy today. This place is bound to become a local goto spot for great coffee, bagels and other yummy things.

    My favorite place for a perfect flat white. Nice people, cool and simple atmosphere, and the best cookies in town. Always a pleasure.

    Caffe latte with a bagel with cream cheese, chives and tomatos. Really delicious!!

Tip: Go get your fresh bread and pastries early! On my first visit (Saturday, ~12:30) all the baked goods were gone with the exception of their two breakfast meal options (which change daily). Luckily, I was at least able to try their super strong coffee. I fared a little better on my next visit (Thursday, ~2:30pm) and was able to snag one of their last few loaves (cranberry/nut -- so delicious). This bakery is tucked away on the other side of the river but is definitely worth the extra effort. There are only a few tables inside but it seems as though most people just take their baked goods to go anyway. Since the river is just a few minutes away, it makes way for a perfect picnic opportunity with a great view (speaking from experience). Last note, check their hours of operation before going.
