They made me an appointment for an hour from when I called to get me in quick. I got there and the receptionist told me they'd work with the out of state insurance and I was set in. The doctor looked at what had happened and fixed me up with a temporary crown in less than 5 minutes and told me I was all set. He also said that since I was out of state not to worry about any charge, but told me to make sure to call him if I had any other issue before I left. I have had my teeth worked on at much "fancier" dental clinics in big cities with expensive equipment but they definitely didn't provide the level of expertise and care that I receive at RMDC. The staff here seem to be very experienced, they communicate so well with each other, they do just what needs doing and nothing unnecessary (as far as I can tell, not being a dentist myself). Their office may not be flashy, and Dr. Sheahan can be a bit quiet at first, but don't let these things put you off! I've only ever received great care there.

Not for the work, or a procedure, but for a consultation on whether they could do the work. What kind of business works like this? If I want to buy a car, do I have to pay 500 dollars to see if I like the car. If i go to a restaurant do I have to pay 500 to look at the menu. All of this just seems rediculous ot me.
