Not once did it happen. I found out through the mail about a motion being filed. No contact from the attorney within the 5 days of it being filed. Called and left a message after hours yesterday and was called back (for once) and I quote "Hey Connor, I heard your message, sounds like we need to break up, I will fille the motion tomorrow" and hung up immediately.
