We made an agreement that we would work with the company to select the color since we were buying the house. We talked to the owner about the flooring and got great promises. The pictures on the website are all without imperfections, but I have been informed that imperfections are allowed for in the contract. Unfortunately the work done on the floors came out with a multitude of big white splotches and scratches and the owner is now saying that the big white scratches are part of the "decorative imperfections" and not terrible scratches where the stain did not take. See the pictures as they do not look like those on the website. I am so disappointed in what we thought would be a beautiful floor. Buyer beware!

They did everything asked of them and more. Their work force is fantastic and all of them were so pleasant to have in the house. They cleaned up every day and made sure that we were satisfied. The master bath needed to have the door to the WC changed which entailed moving two walls and replacing the door. The big awkward and precarious soaking tub was removed and a new sleek tub installed. Our shower was dark with glass bricks and is now beautiful with large tile and lots of glass. My granddaughter came to visit and asked to shower in our new bathroom. I asked her how she liked it; and she proclaimed it beautiful and luxurious! Exactly what I was going for! I highly recommend DFI.
