Within minutes of us arriving, and agreeing on the price, the car was up on a hoist and the tires being changed. The confusion isn't mine alone though as when I showed up and asked "is this Traction Tire?" the employee responded "I don't know"!?!? There is no sense of order or accountability. If not for the fact that they were open until 7 and every place else was until 6, I was there, and did have a nail in my tire I'd have passed. A plug was put in though the tire was not removed and patched. That's the easy (lazy) way. I could even have done that. They didn't apply any silicone onto the plug but did after the plug was inserted. They then set the silicone on fire for close to 2 minutes - I'd never seen this before and was shall we say puzzled by the procedure. After about 25 minutes (10 of which was the repair) I paid $20 cash (not my preference) and was on my way. The tire was under inflated as they didn't bother to check the pressure when filling, but the repair did seem to take. The experience was topped off when one of the employees asked me for a ride in the opposite direction of where I was going and only refused when I was unable to take more than just him. I wouldn't trust this operation to anything more significant and actually don't feel 100% about even this minor transaction.

I had spoken to a gentleman named Jay on Facebook messenger had given me a price and asked me to call into the office to book an apointment that was convenient for me .I booked an apointment for 1pm over the phone with there receptionist . The ship or wheelhouse is located in an industrial zone in a free standing building that looks more like an office space then a tire or shop space ..there office space was very professionally set up nothing like you would expect from a tire shop but more in line with a tech company. I arrived early at 12:45 and receptionist asked me to have s seat in there lounge (waiting area) they seemed to be following all Covid protocols. After 30 minutes waiting I approached the receptionist again and asked if she had forgot about me and that my apointment was att 1pm . Her english was very poor hard to understand and not sure how much she understood me to be honest , not the best person to work your reception greeting and managing your front line customers ...anyways after approaching her she said she would be right with me . I sat for another 15 minutes and she finally approached me and had my order confused from a tire rotation instead of tire purchase what I actually required . After the confusion was settled they finally took my car into shop for the tire change ..they did the tire change fairly quickly about 15 minutes . So that part of service was great but they need a better customer service with there apointment times ...I would probably use them again .
