On Tuesday, August 30, 2022 we discovered water leaking through the living room ceiling. I called…read moresome contacts to see what roofing companies were recommended and the number one was Wagner Roofing. I had never heard of this company but I trusted my contacts and called Wagner Roofing. A receptionist answered and took my information, and within two hours Ryan Wagner called me. I explained the problem, and said that I needed help quickly because there was no sign that rain would be stopping anytime soon. Mr. Wagner himself came to my home several hours later, having had to respond to other callers as well. In the rain, Mr. Wagner checked my roof and inspected the ceiling leak as well. He gave an estimate that was not only less than my insurance deductible, but was significantly less than one thousand dollars. He made the repairs immediately. He then said he believed he had fixed the problem, but would not accept payment until we knew for sure the leak had been repaired. I was very impressed with this level of trust from a stranger. Today, Thursday, September 1, 2022 Mr. Wagner returned, made one final inspection, and asked if I was satisfied. There was no sign of leakage. I was satisfied, and gladly paid for the repairs which were provided at a very reasonable price. I am not sure what might have caused the poor reviews on this page, but I for one highly recommend Wagner Roofing. The response was quick, the man himself was very friendly and professional at the same time. And again, he trusted that his work would speak for itself by allowing me to be satisfied with the work BEFORE I paid for it. Not only would I recommend Wagner Roofing to anyone, but I will call him myself should I ever have roofing repair needs in the future.
