With the other things they worked on, the total bill was $1400 including 6 hours at $175 per hour labor. After they left, I noticed the hot water at the kitchen sink was off. I turned it on at the valve under the sink and it immediately started dripping. I called them. They would not even come look at it without charging another $225. I fixed the leak myself and it was completely their fault. Their employee was either incompetent or lazy and they were completely unwilling to address it without charging more money. I would not recommend Randy's Rooter after this.

The latest repair is the third call to them for the same faucet issues. It has been 3 weeks since I called the service, 2 weeks since they simply came and looked at the issue, and I am still waiting for them to actually schedule a final visit and replace the faucet. This will be the last time they walk on my property, and also will have me looking to replace American Home Shield as well. I don't recommend either company for repairs to a dog house.

The Bosworth electrician came out and did not look into the power problem we were having and said it was our dryer. We called an appliance repairman who checked the electricity to the dryer and he said it was the power/electricity. I called Bosworth while he was here. They sent the electrician over and he bent the prongs on the breaker, shoved it into the breaker box to connect it and left. It started sparking when we used the dryer so we called another electrician who replaced the breaker. We were charged for two visits by Bosworth, once by appliance repairman. and again by new electrician. Bosworth is demanding to be paid. I don't think they earned that right. I would not recommend this company for reliable service.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that accidents can happen, and I generally…read moredon't like to damage a business's reputation. In fact, I almost didn't post this. However, after my experience, I feel it's important to share it so others can make an informed decision. I previously used this company and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again. As a Realtor, I've also referred multiple clients to them over the years. Unfortunately, this move was very different. During the move, my 65-inch TV was damaged beyond repair, my husband's smoker cover was ripped causing scratches to the smoker lid, another smoker had a wheel bent, and the nuts and bolts for our trampoline were lost. After filing a claim, I was offered only a little over $100 for all of the damage. The only other reimbursement I received was the $150 I had paid for them to move the trampoline, which was refunded at the end of unloading and before the insurance claim was submitted. Before I could even submit a claim, I had difficulty getting in touch with the moving company. After multiple phone calls and an urgent email, I finally received a response a day later stating the employee had been out sick for most of the week. While I understand that illnesses happen, I was disappointed there wasn't a backup process for responding to customers reporting damage. My biggest concern was what happened before the move even started. I was handed a tablet and told to sign so they could begin loading. The screen contained only a signature box with nothing to read. I later learned the document I had supposedly signed limited their liability to just $0.60 per pound and indicated I had declined full-value protection. That was never explained or offered to me. Had the document actually been displayed, I would have read it, as I always do before signing anything. The unloading process also felt rushed because the crew had a nearly six-hour drive home and another move early the next morning. My move had been scheduled well in advance, so this should not have come as a surprise. By the end, the owner appeared frustrated and was rude, which I found unprofessional. I'm not writing this review to bash anyone. I genuinely wanted this move to go well, especially after my previous positive experience and the referrals I've sent their way. I simply want others to be aware of my experience, ask questions about valuation coverage before signing anything, and understand what the claims process may look like if something valuable is damaged. I truly don't want anyone to go through what we have with this whole process.

These guys are amazing! For months I tried to find someone to care for my lawn. Most did not return calls or messages. Others were outrageously priced. I reached out to Clement's Lawn Service and received a response within 30 minutes from the owner of the company. He went over everything I needed done with me, answered all my questions, gave me a quote, and 2 hours later they were out to mow, adjust the sprinklers and spray the yard. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They took the time to answer questions about other services I will be doing in the future. Not only are these guys kind, efficient and knowledgeable, they give their customers very good service at a reasonable price. Not to mention the yard looks great! Definitely highly recommend them. As most Midlander's know, right now is really hard to find someone dependable, trustworthy and available! Our "go to" company for sprinkler repairs said that their next available was 2 weeks out, I agreed and they scheduled us. No one called and no one showed up! So, I called a 2nd company. They came out and evaluated our sprinkler issue and said that it was "complicated" and left stating they didn't know when they would be able to come back out. So, then I called Clements ("CLS"). They came out the very next morning. Fixed the issue within about 2 hours!! I would rate them a 10 if I could!! Johnny is extremely knowledgeable, dependable and very reasonable!!! Oncor Electric came to change an electric box and did not notify me. They fried my sprinkler controller box, and I could not find the shutoff valve. The sprinklers all came on when the power to the box went off. I called Clements Lawn Service, and they quickly sent out a repairman. They got the water off to the sprinkler system and replaced the box, as well as checking out all the sprinkler heads. They replaced 3 sprinkler heads. The sad thing was that Oncor got the wrong house and came back to say they now had to replace the new box with the old one. Billy, from Clements, told him he had fried the controller. Johnny answered all my questions and even took the time to have me send him a photo so he could show me the correct valve to turn off. Clements did not install the irrigation system in our new construction house but was more than willing to take the time to answer my questions.
