Absolutely do not use! Totally unreliable, dishonest and a crook. Ruined our yard, left gates open so our dogs got out and never showed when they promised. Clements Lawn Service was posted on Yelp and offered all the services I was looking for, being irrigation repair to my Rainbird system, tree and shrub trimming, and yard cleanup. Johnny Clements quickly responded and Billy Clements came by the next day and fixed my irrigation system so I could water my yard automatically. Mr. Clements then sent over his tree and lawn man, very knowledgeable and personable, who discussed in detail with me the services I asked for. The next day I had a amazing detailed estimate of services to be provided and the cost which was reasonable and I accepted. His employees, all very polite and hard-working, begin work within a few days. in addition, to trimming trees and shrubs, the workers cleaned out my flower beds and installed weed mats and mulch where appropriate to make maintenance easier. They went above and beyond, even cleaning my alley and repairing a break in my fence. The yards, front and back, look beautiful! I have cancer and have not been able to care for my yard as I always had. Mr. Clements and his crew were just the spirit lift I needed. Overnight, our backflow pump on our sprinkler system cracked and flooded our flowerbed, our driveway and ran down the street past several neighbors house. We had to immediately turn off our water at the street when we woke up. I called Johnny and he was at our house that morning. They finished the work in about an hour and a half and cleaned up the area. Very nice and personable and quick to respond via text. After they left, Johnny text me to let me know to keep his invoice in case our water bill was high to take to the City to get an adjustment on our water bill. Johnny Clements is such a great example of what service used to be and what it should be again. He was referred by a friend who said he was the best and she was absolutely correct. Johnny and Billy Clements (CLS owners) were a very pleasant surprise in Midland! They showed up when they said they would, fixed the low pressure front yard station and non functioning back yard station that I called them to fix. But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction?
