Andres has been cutting my hair for about 3-4 years and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. He is very respectful and even cuts my kids hair too. If I could give this man 6 stars I would! Eduardo "Eddie" did an amazing job. I own a hair system "toupee" and he cut it up and made it look more natural than when I came in. He fixed some things a previous barber did and made it even more realistic. Got my bearded cleaned u pand my eyebrow slit sharpened. The whole experience was welcoming, enjoyable and the other barbers were friendly. You pay for what you want and Eduardo was definitely worth the price he charges. I don't buy cheap and I don't like crappy work. It was worth every penny. read more

I sat down and the lady cutting my hair took about 10 mins and didn't even listen to what I wanted . I wanted a fade all around and 2 hard lines . She shaved one side of my head and said I was done . Was not happy at all, so I have been going to Johnny's Barber in Anthem since (about a 40 min drive from me but they are really good) well today I was feeling lazy and needed a hair cut bad . Well so happy I did ! Came in to the barbershop grabbed my ticket And knew I was going to be waiting for a while. While I was waiting I was looking at everyone getting a haircut and one barber stood out to me . She was very detailed did not rush and took her time through another person's haircut and it looked great ! I kept hoping she would call my number and I got lucky because she did! I sat down in her chair she was very nice, talkative , and asked me exactly what I wanted and actually listened! She is now my go to! Come to find out it was her first day! Tommy and his staff are clean and professional. Love that you can schedule appointments, the convenience is huge especially with my work schedule. In my opinion Tommy is the best barber in the state always keeping me clean cut on a weekly basis. All my brothers and I commute 30min+ to be sure we're serviced by the best. The appointment I needed was short notice but I was able to book the appointment that was a perfect time for me. I just moved back from Hawaii and I had nothing but terrible haircuts out there over five years nobody could do a beard trim and fade until I met Mercy at your guys barber shop. I highly recommend Master Phades to anybody and I highly recommend if you have a beard go see mercy she's great and you will not be disappointed. This place is absolutely a joke. Nowhere on planet Earth should a haircut for a child take over 1 hour. This place does not like to make money. They cut hair with 1 hand because they are texting with the other. Unless you are the first 3 people in the door, don't even bother. They skip numbers and go straight for the clients or friends they know personally. I've never been to a shop where not a single client left their seat in under 1 hour. This is an absolute disgrace. Very Unprofessional. I went in to get my haircut a few weeks ago by a barber that works at Master Phades, names Chris. When I got there he told me they were closing soon and asked me if I would take his number and make an appointment. So I text him later in the week and set up an appointment for Sunday morning at 10am. I let him know that I was proposing to my girlfriend and I would be on a tight schedule that day. When I showed up to my appointment there were several barbers there but Chris wasn't one of them. I asked the barbers if Chris was there and they told me no they didn't no where he was and if I want d a haircut I would have to wait 45 mins until one of them were available. I thought chris was probably just running a little behind so I called him on his cell and text him. I waited for about 10 minutes but after I seen that Chris read my messages I sent him but still decided not to reply or call me back,so I decided to leave. At this point it was 10:30 and I wasn't able to get a hair cut for my big day. It has been a few days since and he still hasn't reached out or tried to make it right. I would not recommend setting an appointment with Chris. He sits in the last chair on the right(east) side of the barber shop. He does not show up for his appointments, and then will ignore you after. read more

While my son was getting his haircut from Chris, Angel was cutting my husband's hair and beard and he did a great job! I have to be honest, I really don't know how to feel about this place. I don't like the fact that I had to wait over 2 hours for a haircut or the fact that I paid the same Amount for a haircut I would pay in Manhattan. The barber I had was nice and talkative and the haircut was pretty decent. But I guess I expected more for the time I waited and the money I spent.
