When I got in I checked in for my appointment and was seated immediately. My barber shared his name, buti missed it. I explained what I wanted (bald up to line all around). I appreciated the foil shaver to get it as close to bald as possible. The facial and hot towels were really nice. When I had them on, my barber walked away without saying anything so I assume that was normal. The massage part? He had a hand held massager which was nice, but kinda short. No face massage though which by the name of the service I expected. I tried to look online for any details of exactly what each service covered, but could not find anything. They had two beard trims, one regular, and the other deluxe, but I didn't get it since I couldn't find the difference. I also enjoyed the straight razor line up of the beard and neck. It was very thorough and he did a great job. The price though? As someone who would like to get a haircut monthly, this was too rich for me. More recently, I started going to Robert whenever Juan's schedule doesn't work with mine. I'm extremely picky and very routine when it comes to my hair, so I was pleasantly surprised to find someone else I trust just as much. My 16-year-old son has also become a loyal follower of Robert. Now that he's interested in girls, the haircut suddenly matters a whole lot more! Robert keeps him up on all the latest styles, and my son loves coming here.
