I was given the name of a local plumber who was highly recommended because we had a burst water pipe and sub freezing temperatures. I called the number and Master Plumbers showed up. Thinking I had the plumber who was recommended to me, I foolishly trusted them. It ended up costing me $3700 to replace 6 feet of pipe and an outside faucet. Spoke with two other plumbers who were aghast at what I was charged. I paid 7 times more than the other plumbers would have charged. Discussion with a manager went nowhere. It turns out that MP bought the phone numbers of several local plumbers just to present themselves as more reputable local plumbers. Do NOT use these people, they are crooks. read more

Rep checked it out then spent an hour or more working up quotes--like an idiot, I fell for the old 'car salesman' trick--quote an outrageous sum, then the gullible buyer will go for the cheaper one. Can't believe I did. He made the repair, then I got the price: $5,000! But, hey, just sign up for this Synchrony credit card & you're good to go. The leak was in a detached garage apt that I seldom go into--after he left, I went down to see exactly what was done--a couple of pipes were replaced, period! He had told me an entire list of things that needed doing--one of which was to replace both toilets--one of which was less than two years old! Neither had a problem. He wanted to tear out the wall behind the shower, replace the piping & the faucet--I said no to it all, yet the payment was that ridiculous $5000! I've informed them that I'll never pay that much espeicially after I had another company come & give me a quote on the actual work done which was still more than I expected at $600. Of course, Master Plumbing has already rec'd payment from Synchrony, which I might add charged $29 just to apply for the acct, which I did not know until I got a statement. After getting two toilets installed and told by both service techs they would get the markings on my floor cleaned up, I found out 10 minutes after they left that they were actually deep scratch marks and was lied to. The service manager dodged my phone call for 3 weeks before finally having a conversation with me. They did not use a blanket or towel or box to keep from my floors being scratched. They dragged the old toilets in the boxes the new toilets came in across my floor to get them out of the house instead of both of them bring the old toilets out like they did when they brought in the new toilets together. One service tech went as far as touching the marking on the floor to make it seem like it would come up no problem. After talking to the service manager, we were able to come to an agreement on getting my damages taken care and appreciate the apology i finally got. read more

Needing attention to a burst pipe while off on vacation led to this awful company. The horror show included 1) astounding/unnecessary high billing costs; 2) most expensive repair techniques employed - corroborated by several seasoned plumbers & city inspector; 3) young, lesser experienced technical teams; 4) dangerous building code violation (inspector verified); 5) 'creative' billing; 6) complaint lodged with the CEO, corporate office, following bullying & claims of expertise by the operations lead; 7) corporate-generated apology letter which included, amongst other issues, the recognizing of poor leadership, poor customer relations interface and building code lapse; 8) a meagre refund (less than 10%) for the discourteous experience; 9) An unappreciated, unsolicited preventive project plan at a crazy proposed cost of $75000 (total bunk); & 10) an itemized receipt received only after multiple requests. The technician teams were courteous and clean. Their inexperience demonstrated re: code lapse and adjustment failures of the pressure reducing valve (required subsequent plumber attention). The company even added another trip fee for the return visit despite their failures of workmanship and knowledge! Charge of $3750, over twice what it should have been. A corporate apology letter was acknowledged. Nevertheless, we feel compelled to provide fair warning to potential customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Believe this review, not the excuses undoubtedly to be offered. Even a signature attesting to satisfactory work done was never provided at the 'completion' of the job. I am so disappointed in Master Plumbers. We had a new heat/air pump installed in Nov 2023. The unit was very expensive ($16,000+) and came with a 10 year warranty for parts. A few weeks ago on a maintenance visit, we were told the freon was low and would cost $500 to add...not included in warranty?? Yesterday we had an error alert on our thermostat reading "communication error fail contact installer". We contacted Master Plumbers , who determined the problem was that one of the mother boards were fried and would have to be replaced. We were charged a service fee of $29 which would have been more but we have a membership with them ($29.00 each and every month). They called us today to tell us that it will take 1 month to get the part but they can get the part from someone else if we want to pay $170 for the part??? They said that is what they would have to pay for the part. I guess I am a little confused about the customer service part of their business?? I guess our warranty only works if they do not have to pay out any money. So we are now stuck with no air for one month to wait for the part or 1 week if we want to pay the $170 for a substitute part. They couldn't care less about our loyalty and comfort, only that they may have to spend some money on a dedicated customer. Bottom line, I think they couldn't care less about us which is sad. I want to also add that we have just paid $16,700 to have our water tank replaced which has a life time warranty. I am pretty sure there is something that we will have to pay for if we have a problem. We have called Master Plumbers for all our needs and have spent a great deal of money with them in the last 2 years. $14,000 later we have had multiple issues ( leaks). 2 (Ea) other plumbing companies have inspected stating that the work accomplished was not correct. Multiple repairs have been done by other companies, and "masters plumbers" does not take any leaks due to their work seriously, and pushes it off til the next available day. Went with their annual plan after they called to tell me they'd taken over my old HVAC service provider. Wish I'd read reviews here first. As others here have said, the service technician "discovered" all kinds of problems, even in our very new units and ductwork, and recommended over $10,000 worth of repairs and replacements. It's the same thing you get when you take your car in for service to a dealer. Most disappointing is that when I brought in a different, highly rated HVAC service company to double-check Master Plumber's work, not only did the technician say that all those expensive replacements were unnecessary, he found a gas leak that the Master Plumbers technician missed. So Master Plumbers wanted to do a lot of work we don't need, yet missed the one thing that might have actually killed us. Most aggravating is that the Master Plumbers sales rep told me over the phone when I signed up that I could cancel at any time, provided I gave them a reason in writing. Now that I have the service agreement in hand, I see that's not true. I can cancel at any time, sure -- but then I'll owe them the full year's "membership." They came in to my home and within 5 minutes tried to tell me I needed. Drain cable Drain jetter Drain vision Pull and rest toilet $2596.16 (could be financed over 18 months though!) All because 1/2 of a plastic spring loaded toilet paper holder was accidentally flushed They didn't even pull the toilet to make sure it wasn't lodged in the toilet. Best part. Work not guaranteed and this was for the first 2 hours. To begin with the first time they came to my house they did a great job and were reasonably priced. The second time I used them they did me wrong. I was told all my plumbing needed to be replaced because it was all corroded (if I can I'll attach a picture of their version of corrosion) and it would cost $19,000. They told me I was approved for a loan. I didn't ask anymore questions cause the guy told me it would be close to $300 a month for so many years. I should've asked more questions because they use Synchrony CREDIT CARDS with an interest rate of 26.99%. So, beware because they don't tell you that. They just say you are approved for a loan through Synchrony. Every month I am charged an additional $160 for interest. Not only that but I called them again because the hvac system needed some work they quoted me $12,000 to replace the whole system. I told them I needed to get some more quotes. I called Eanes they came out & cleaned a line for $100 and said nothing needed to be replaced. So, beware when dealing with this company. I called them again because my pipe had busted at the water meter. They quoted me 8,000. I called another company and it was where a tree root had overgrown and broke the pipe. It cost me $700 to fix. So, beware of this company especially if youre a single female. I wish I had read these reviews before hiring these clowns! I called my regular plumber and Master Plumbing had bought them. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and just decided to give them a chance. When I made an appointment they explained the pricing model had changed and there was an $85 charge for an estimate. But when the guy got to my house he insisted the charge for an estimate was now $250 and he'd have to inspect all of the plumbing in the house before fixing the leaking tub overflow I called them about. I told the guy to just please fix the leaking tub overflow, but he insisted all of the pipes for the tub had to be replaced for $1,500. I am not a plumber but that sounds very suspicious given the problem was a simple leaking gasket. Then Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling bought them. we were wary after reading reviews, but we had a contract and let them perform the fall service. After the inspection, we were presented with 'options' for services ranging from $30,000 to $800. We 'opted' not to have any work done. the next day, we realized that our upstairs unit was not working. We called another company who sent someone out. it turns out 2 wires in the heat pump were disconnected. He connected them back and also indicated that the units were in good working order. I called them out to replace a warped toilet flange. I was advised there would be a $90 service charge to come out to quote even though the scope of work was quite simple. They arrived and wanted to inspect all baths and faucets. We did identify an outside faucet that had a slow leak. They then went to their van for 25 minutes to "work up some options". They came in and tried to sell me on a membership with lower service charges and then showed me the options. To replace one outside faucet and replace one $5.00 toilet flange was $2610.00! To replace just the toilet flange and have us install the toilet was $861.00! This is literally a 45 minute job. I paid the $90.00 service fee and would not recommend you call these guys as they are not reasonable at all. They also have a finance plan which is probably how they get away with these crazy prices. The first quote was over $1,100! I complained that their quote was too high. Their technician called "the boss", who came back with a quote of $913, which included a plumbing "membership" and a "dispatch fee" of $85. I reluctantly agreed to the $913 quote (I was in a time crunch) and the actual work took about 20 minutes. I canceled the "Master Plumbers Membership" the next day in writing to their company, requesting that they confirm my cancelation in writing. I received no word back from "Master Plumbers" for two weeks. Only after I called to inquire did I receive confirmation that my plumbing "membership" was canceled. The new plumber that I brought in to do the reinstallation of a new sink, new faucet, new garbage disposal, and new dishwasher did the entire job for less money than "Master Plumbers" charged me for disconnecting. Plus, my new plumber found that the "Master Plumbers" technician left one of the water lines dripping after disconnecting it. On January 3, 2018, I came home after a 48 hour shift at work to realize my pipes were frozen. I am on well water and have a well head outside that is in a concrete barrier with a lid. I used a hairdryer on high heat inside the barrier with the lid on for six hours. I also used a space heater under the house just in case the problem was there. After six hours, everything under the barrier was hot to touch, under the house was very warm. Still had no running water. I called Master Plumbers of NC who scheduled an appointment for the next day at 9 am. The next day, they showed up promptly at 9 am. I explained the situation and assured them that I had thawed the exposed pipes the day prior and said the problem must be elsewhere. They insisted the problem was at the wellhead and that they had a propane heater that would thaw it. After some back and forth, we started talking pricing. It was $409 to thaw the wellhead. He then explains that if at any point he has to crawl under my house, it's an "access fee" of $190. Their service charge just for coming to my house is $75. Then with taxes, I was looking at $713. I knew in my gut this was outrageous and again I explained that I had done EXACTLY what they were about to do on the previous day but again, he assured me that MUST be where the problem is. I had to be at work and at this point, I just wanted running water and agreed to the price. Three hours later I get a phone call at work. The technician explained he had done everything to thaw the above ground wellhead and pipes under the house and nothing had worked. He informed me that my underground pipes leading to the house sit shallow underground and are likely the culprit and other than digging them up, my best option was just to let them thaw on their own. He states he placed cardboard in the vents under my house for "insulation" and placed plastic wrap over my wellhead to "prevent refreezing." THIS IS WHERE I RUN INTO THEIR "SERVICE MANAGER" They still stood by their price of $713. I then called the supervisor, Lee. He offers me $100 back for a total of $613. I explain to him my frustration of still not having running water. He says $100 back is the best he can do. The next morning, I have this feeling in my gut and I know something isn't right. I call another local plumber who stated for the same services I received would have cost me a total of around $400 with a service charge of only $58. She informs me that for the price of $713, they would have at least installed heat wire on my pump and pipes. I informed her that I received plastic wrap and cardboard. She immediately apologizes for my experience with master plumbers and assured me if I need anything further to call them instead. At this point, I call Lee back and explain everything I've found out. He continues to interrupt me, speak condescendingly, and just have an overall very rude and unhelpful attitude. I explain that I feel $400 is more than a fair price for the work that was done with no resolution despite explaining to the technician that the problems were NOT IN THE WELLHEAD. Lee disagreed. He stated he would call me back later after thinking about it. Around 5:30 pm I receive a call back. Lee states he will offer me $100 more dollars back out of "goodwill." We are currently $113 apart on what we deem fair. At this point, the way he continued to interrupt me and speak down to me was beyond disrespectful. I tell lee at this point to refund the $200 he deems fair because I want to be done with his company. We hang up and I assume the conversation is done. Not for Lee. He's just not done yet. After AGREEING TO GIVE ME $200 BACK, he calls me back and states he will ONLY refund the second $100 he has already promised me IF AND ONLY IF I SIGN A DISCLOSURE AGREEING NOT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, MAKE A SOCIAL MEDIA STATUS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE, OR RATE THEM WITH LOW STARS. Needless to say, I did not sign this ridiculous disclosure. And I'm telling my story. Because $100 is not worth letting ANYONE I know get treated this way by Lee and by this company. In June of 2023, I needed to have my Heat Pump Condenser replaced. We decided to have a new system installed because of the age. I was quoted a price(which seemed to be really high) and agreed to that price, only to be later told, the quote was too low. They agreed to lower the real quote slightly. The install was not that bad but it took until December of 2023 to have it inspected. On top of that I needed to continuedly email them to get them to contact the inspector. I was told that our Power company provided a rebate of $400. I emailed them numerous times just to be told in April of this year that the Power company lost my information and that rebate was actually $300. Master Plumbers Heating & Cooling did send me a check for the $300. After seeing everything we went through, we needed to have our unit looked at this weekend due to our system not keeping cool. (Aug. 2024 in NC, it's hot). I contacted another company which came out the following morning, even at 8am on a Sunday. 8am was the start of their time window which was amazing. Come to find out, my condenser inverter board was not ramping the AC during the hottest part of the day. The inverter board needs to be replaced. Fortunately, the part is under warranty but I have to pay the labor cost. There was a second issue with the system. It was 2lbs low on refrigerant. I had a leak detection test performed and the tech couldn't find a leak which lead us to believe the system was not charged correctly at install. When we emailed the company to come out to make repairs (again) they failed to respond for 7-14 days. Instead of the Master Plumbers team acknowledging that their response time was poor we were criticized for emailing them. When we wrote an appropriate lower review for lack of response, poor workmanship and product, we were forcefully questioned why we left the lower review. Answer - because it was honest. The service manager made a half hearted attempt at completing the repairs that weren't made correctly on the first visit. The items are now still not working correctly. The are not plumbers, they just play one on the internet! Scam artists is more like it. My experience was as follows: Around Sept 19 2021 I called had a blockage needed it fixed. They sent someone (who doesn't really speak English and horrible hand writing) To come do a estimate. I was given 4 choices between $1600 and $5000! But said we can upgrade as the job progressed. He went to work, every hour or so he'd come back down and say I need to add more "something" or a camera - which the camera didn't work after I agreed to pay for it. After maybe 5 hours he had the toilets flush. But they still gurgled and air bubbles would back out. He said in his best English "that OK. That normal" I paid about $2200 and rushed to catch my flight. I arrive back 2 weeks later Oct 5th and take a shower only to have the water back up on the first floor again! Same issue. I called and said hey the blockage wasn't removed and please come back out. I was put on hold and when she came back to the phone started with "Well you know how we work ..... we have someone available we can give you an estimate..." I was like you haven't even come to check the work you already did, you want me to agree to another $1600 to $5000 and you haven't even seen if your work was done properly?" I went on to say " No you will come out here and look at what's going on before I agree to more money or I'll call another plumber and dispute this charge as fraud on my credit card" She hung up on me. 2200 dollars and they won't even come see if they did a proper job or not without charging me more money. Well I have a real plumber on the way. I would have done that to start but the General Contractor I use was sick with COVID. He now has someone on the way to address the issue and I'm refusing payment to Amex, posting reviews such as this, making a complaint to the BBB, and will report them to the Secretary of State of NC as a fraud. read more

It was over twice the price of the downstairs unit we had replaced 2 years prior and over $5k over the other quote I decided to use. Unfortunately, we signed up for the service plan for two units, but after we had the other co. replace the upstairs unit they could not service. I called MP, but they would not adjust and ended up paying the $30/mo for another 10 months only to have ONE service on ONE unit and the main purpose is to push other things you do not need. Now they say I still owe a 13th month for the annual plan. Most companies would adjust your plan according and have friendly service. They play hardball, shady sales techniques. read more

Master Plumbers charged me over $13,600 to replace my well pump. Just for them to show up and find out what is wrong in the first hour they charged $750, no joke. They were at the house a total of 5 hours although I was charged for 7 hours of labor (I guess the extra 2 hours was for them to go get parts and eat lunch). While my bill was itemized there were no actual prices listed except for the final total. When I looked up all the parts and added them up myself it came to less than $3000, and that was using the most expensive pump and other supplies. I called to review my bill 7 times before getting a call back. When I did finally speak with the supervisor, Amy, it was a very circular conversation with her not able to explain any of the charges. She promised me she would get another supervisor to call me back and that was exactly one week ago. I called and spoke with 2 other area plumbers in the triad, one of which said he would charge me between $4500-6000 and the other said it would definitely be less than $6000. While I am so upset about being grossly overcharged I would not want this to happen to my parents or elderly person or someone with limited funds. I have definitely learned my lesson when choosing a plumber or any other service person. They kind of have you by the balls charging a dispatch and diagnostic fee so you feel reluctant to get another quote so its most important to get referrals from friends and choose wisely! read more

When Master Plumbers took over the company that i previously use for my yearly service, i was ok with the thought that i would be in good hands . i was upsold a service contract with monthly billing. I missed out on the fall but called them for the summer service. Currently the system is working with no issues. After the inspection I was presented with 3 estimates to replace the full system. 38,944$ , 29,964$ and 15,180$. A 4th estimate was components that needed to be currently replaced. Evaporator blower Fans and the capacitor. As i felt it was odd and i saw some of the reasoning with amp draw and etc i decided to investigate myself and double check. I know for a fact that electrically speaking I'm a stronger in this area than the tech that was here. I was already very suspicious with what i was seeing and new exactly what was happening . They did not even clean the coils or anything. Yep waste to time , all they wanted was upselling a full ac system for the house with currently nothing wrong. I've reached out to them three times, one by phone and twice by email to cancel my service. They refuse to drop me and said i was locked in until July. I have irrefutable proof of the dishonesty and robbery and despite the lie they continue to bill me for the service. Good luck if you plan to use them . I hope for a better out come for you. Deceptive, dishonest, and extremely over priced.  I reached out to masters for a service call and was informed that it would be 99 for the travel fee to come look at my unit.  However once the two people arrived the tech and the salesman. I'm assuming they saw the age of my unit and sent the salesman to push the hard sell on me. I was informed of the additional 230 diagnostic fee that is in addition to the 99 travel fee so 330 before they even start.  They also informed me this was competitive pricing, which it isn't. None of their competitors that I called had this additional fee.  My unit was low on coolant. The salesman then started  pushing extremely hard to sell me new ac unit while ignoring the many times I told him I just want refrigerant put in.   He then gave me a quote for a new 3 ton ac unit for 28 thousand dollars  my unit is a 2 ton.  I told them I wouldn't be needing their services and went with their much cheaper competitors.  They put coolant in my system for about half what masters was charging me. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER!!!!!!! We called this plumber to come look at a problem we were having with our gas hot water heater. They told me on the phone it would be 85.00 to come out and look at the hot water heater and I told them prior to them coming it was under warranty. They came out and charged me 175.00 because they said that they had to spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with the warranty and there was a diagnostic fee. I was under the impression that is what the 85.00 was for, then they told me if would be 2500.00 to replace the hot water heater which didn't even include the water heater itself. When I questioned the price they said it was a hassle to deal with the warranty. I called someone else and they had the water heater delivered to my home and only charged me 375.00 to install. Their prices are extremely high and I the 175.00 cost to come out and tell me what was wrong with it was also way to high. They told me that their work was superior and I checked references of other plumbers who also had superior ratings and they were MUCH MUCH CHEAPER. read more

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I relied on their good Google reviews and trusted them to do good quality work at a fair price, but this turned out to be a terrible mistake. I have checked with two plumbers, a general contractor and a facilities manager who regularly hires plumbers about the prices I paid Master Plumbers for a toilet and water heater and they have all told me I paid 2-3 times fair and reasonable costs. Their President/Service Manager told me over the phone he paid $650 for the toilet, which is advertised on Plumbmaster for $378.26. He is a distributor for these toilets so he pays far less than that. When I asked him to tell me face to face that he paid $650 for the toilet he started dancing around about their pricing list. I asked him how much the water heater actually cost and he said he didn't know! They also charged me $62.50 for a Styrofoam tank cover that I could buy, without a contractor's discount, for $26.42 and takes five minutes at most to install. They charged me $86.00 for a "mounting bracket" that is actually a 2.5 foot length of metal hanging strap that costs eighty cents at Lowes and can be installed in 5 minutes. That's an example of some of the cost issues. As for quality, I discovered that four out of 12 shutoff valves they "replaced" were leaking and two of them have caused water damage. As soon as I discovered an inch of standing water and black mold in my bathroom cabinet, I called a plumber I have used in the past and know I can trust. (Unfortunately he was on vacation when a pipe started leaking in my bathroom and I called Master Plumbers). He told me they had not replaced the shutoff valves at all (as they stated on their invoice and charged me for) but only switched out the inner workings and handle. That obviously didn't work, as one third of the valves are leaking. He replaced the one that was leaking the worst but left the others alone because he was afraid the ones that weren't leaking would start leaking and the others would leak more. I have buckets under the three others they installed that are still leaking. As for their warranty practices, the Master Plumbers President/Service Manager came to my home and I showed him everything I had issues with. He asked what he could do to make it whole. I told him that I would really like to have the extreme overcharges back. My bottom line was that I wanted my money back for the shutoff valves they claimed they replaced (but only rebuilt) and that I wanted to be compensated for repairs I will have to have done for the subsequent water damage. He countered by asking me in a suspicious tone how long the water damage had actually been there. He said that he didn't know how long the water damage had been there and that the warranty on the shutoff valves had been voided because I had the one (that was leaking the most and caused the most water damage) replaced and he didn't know if the others had been worked on after they installed them. I knew at that point this man is utterly corrupt so I told him to leave my home. I totally agree with the description of their work practices on this and on other sites. If you call them out for a specific problem, they will charge you $85.00 to come to your home. They will then conduct a "Safety Inspection" where they try to find as much work for themselves as possible. They will charge way over fair and reasonable prices for the work. When the work fails, they will not stand behind it. I've learned my lesson. Please learn from my misfortune and avoid this company at all costs. And about those great Google reviews that sucked me in to begin with, they are using "Reputation Management" software called pulseM. This software advertises to "Make online reviews the hardest working member of your team" and to "Turn complaints into 5-star reviews in minutes with real-time notifications." They solicit good reviews and do everything possible to bury bad ones. Who knows how many of the good reviews are real. Please do not make the same mistake I did and get sucked into their scam. read more

I am in the process of moving so I don't have my tools. Horrible experience!!!!!!! I just needed the internals for a toilet changed out and when they came they said I needed a totally new toilet. Quote was over $800. I paid them the $75 trip fee and kicked them out of my house. Total ripoff. I went to Lowes and got the materials necessary for the fix for $18 and the guy fixing my door said he would do it for free. So disappointed. Would never use them! Ever!!! read more

On August 6, 2019, I called Master Plumbers for a tub issue I was having for the past 2 weeks. I have done some plumbing repairs to my home in the years I have lived there for over 40 years. Talked to the very nice young lady who answered the phone, informing her about my problem. After being informed of there charges which were reasonable, I made an appointment for the tech to come out to my home to fix a leaking faucet tub seat. Very impressed with their timely arrival. The tech that arrived was in a clean uniform applied booties when entering my home. I showed the tech where the bathroom was located, he went to the bathroom sink to turn off the water. I asked why was he looking at the cleanly when the problem was with the tub. So, the tech went over to the for and proceeded to pull the hair trap out, Again I interpreted the tech, said it was the facet stem seat on the cold-water side. He removed the handle and proceeded to remove the steam informing that I had a bad stem. I told him the stem was only 2 months old and again the problem is the seat behind the stem, this cuts water on and off. I tried to remove the seat my self with the proper seat removal tool. Which failed so I figure an experienced plumber would have the were tool or knowledge to remove the damaged seat. I left the tech to continue to work on the tub stem. A few minutes later he told me he experienced. Said the stem packing nut was bad and replaced it but still have the dripping tub. At this point, all I wanted to have done is for him to pack up his tools and get out, about the problem wasn't fix. Then as he was writing out the payment for work done. He was quoting me on replacing the complete tub faucet fixture of $2000.00, informing me it would be cheaper than myself buying the parts. Then went into a sales pitch for a year protection plan. But still, nothing was done or repaired on the original call. Conclusion I will not refer or call this company again, feel I should get a refund on work not done as requested. Beware !!!! Very dissatisfied with how this tech handled my repair. Or lack of handling repair said as old as the tub faucet was dubious about replacing the seat fear of breaking the housing. read more

Terrible experience. We had a tech come out to one of our rental houses because all the drains/toilets where stopped up. The tech did nothing just looked at the problem and said it would cost $1200 to fix. That visit alone was $75 and he did nothing. The next day we hired a different company who came out snaked the main line and fixed the problem for a total of $200. Master Plumbers tried to rob us! read more
