I say this because I went into this office and waited 45 mins one day and 1 hour the next day because all customers in the lobby solely spoke Spanish. Their tax "professional" Cristina will show no care for you, I have attached my communication with her -- absolute neglect.. I am appalled that this happened to me -- especially when this is a time-sensitive task to do with the IRS. This tax firm has not heard of Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay and other bank apps used by most people today -- this alone is a red flag if you are a young entrepreneur or salesman/woman. Stay away from this firm -- you're better off going to H&R Block where they don't neglect you and are knowledgeable of these apps. Again, this is where your elderly parents, grandparents go because they can only communicate in Spanish and they are none the wiser.

She apologized and explained what happened. Privi sounded very compassionate and offered a free consultation. Initial review on 1/5/2021: Received a call this morning from the secretary to tell me they weren't accepting new clients. Then proceeded to ask me what what service I needed. After explaining she said there would be a $125 consultation fee that would be done over Zoom. This guy was recommended by a good friend of mine. I went to him office gave him my personal tax returns for him to do and told me that I was going to get a refund, this was back in October of 2022. Another one of my friends went to see him and he did not trust him for something that happen between them. So I decided to use a different CPA this year 2023 and my new CPA told me that Benjamin Moore never filed my personal taxes right. Therefore I had to pay now the IRS. I told the new CPA that I was supposed to get a refund back for the job he did in October of 2022 but I never did and he then told me that it was because Mr. Moore filed my taxes wrong. I called the office and now he is hiding from the situation. I did talk to his secretary Dawn and she told me that he will mention the issue to Benjamin Moore, but he did not get back to me. So please do not pay this guy any money up front and if your getting a refund back, wait until you get to then pay him for the services. I believe this guy is too old to be doing taxes for someone else. Wait until you meet this character he looks like Cash the singer always dress in black clothes. I believe the ones that are giving him the 5 starts are family members. This guy is a con artist a scammer. Be careful.

So I got a refund for the amount they charged thru my bank. Now I have to file on my own or pay someone else.
