Around may 15th I called her and left a voicemail about booking, 1 day later she called back with a nice attitude, I asked for a in person reading since this is my first time I wanted a good experience. and she told me she prefers phone reading which is more accurate cause she need to open her window every 5 minutes because of wearing mask and that would impact her "ENERGY" which is ridiculous, and she was saying those kinda rude, I am not a idiot but i thought ppl doing reading might had some attitude other than normal ppl? i didn't say anything but still booked a phone reading which she charged $180 immediately. And told me to call her at my appointment time frame around 1 PM. On the day of my appointment, i totally forget about it until 1:18, I called her and she was very rude, told me that I'm late and she's busy then she just hanged up without saying anything. That's when nightmare started. SHE STOPPED RESPONDING ME. I called her after almost a week cause she told me she was "busy", didn't get a reply, sending text messages also, no reply either. I started to call her every 2-3 days, one day she replied and told me because I used my boyfriends card for booking now she is doubting that i'm doing a credit card scam?? I told her that she can contact my boyfriend and she said she's not gonna contact him I need to ask my boyfriend contact her. I said ok, and told my boyfriend. He called her multiple times never gonna picked up the call and we both left voicemails NO REPLY EITHER. She just charged $180 without giving me any service and left me and my boyfriend pissed off.
