Anyway, I just stumbled across Dennis Best Men's Salon with a Google search, and decided to try them out. Everything about the experience was good - beautiful clean shop, reasonable price, and Christian gave me a great haircut. I paid $35 and I tipped $10. I think I may have been given a "first-time" discount, but a regular price of $45 would have still been the best price around. I'll be back!

I hadn't had a haircut in forever, and I think you usually need to do an appointment. But when I poked my head in, a lady asked and invited me to come back in about 45 minutes if I wanted to get a haircut. And so I did! They did a forehead infrared thermometer check and everyone and I also wore masks and I finally got a good haircut for the first time in a long time. It's a great place! There are kind and pleasant and cool hairdressers and it's a gnarly (old-fashioned-ish) location.

She's an awesome person, super nice, super pleasant, and just a blast to hang out with while getting your haircut. I have notoriously difficult hair to deal with, and have been to many barbers around the world, and really have not found any as good as April. People literally stop me at work or randomly on the street, and tell me how good my hair looks and ask me who cut my hair. I tell everyone how great April is.
