I know kids will be kids but come on you can't tell a parent why there kid has bruises they didn't go to school with. They respect whatever your style of potty training is. At first I was turned off by some staff being so young, until I got to know them and also realized that this is their family business and they are good at it. To be honest I have sat in class with my child for hours because I'm a paranoid social worker and learned that some of the staff are better with kids than with adults.The staff is balanced by a few veterans who have been there 10+ years. They have been in business 21 years.
