Had spine surgery and had to have therapy. Company charge me over $200 to fill out a short form…read morewhich they called an evaluation. $200- ridiculous. The therapists were not only dealing with me but about three other patients at the same time. Which means after I got through with my exercises each time, I had to sit around for 5 minutes or more for the therapist to finally get back to me. This was every single time. So, Out of a 45 min - 1 hour therapy session I probably had about 20 minutes of ACTUAL therapy and yet charged full price. This is how it went all three times I went before I got fed up with it and never went back. After my insurance took care of most of the bill I got a remaining bill of over $200. I contacted them on their website and sent them an email asking for extremely detailed breakdown of what exactly they did for me. They sent a response saying therapy exercise, therapy activity. That was THEIR version of extremely detailed. After about two more emails I got a breakdown of every therapy session. It was fabricated. I did not do half the exercises they had listed. Not only that but my therapist each time never made any notes on a computer or any other device relating to my progress or the exercises and activities that I had done. What is 100% true is the list of stuff they gave me that I supposedly did during therapy was made up. A lie. I have tried to contact customer service to get a customer service supervisor to call me back four times now. I have called and left three requests on their website. It's been a week and a half. No customer service supervisor has yet to call me back. If you want to be overcharged And have extremely poor therapy sessions pick this place. I would NEVER go back to this place again. The sad thing is that many hospitals around here will tell you that's one of their main options for you to go get therapy after surgery. Find your own therapist. ATI is a big corporation. They probably have deals with the hospitals and if not you would be crazy to ever go there

My feelings are quite conflicted. I thought the therapists did a great job of giving the exercises…read moreand making sure I knew how to do them. Though they ere incredibly busy I was not left waiting for assistance very often. My MAJOR complaint is in the billing. Billing is in components rather than in sessions. On two different sessions the therapists worked to rub out a knot in one of my hip muscles. This counted as an additional unit to my therapy and cost me almost $20 each time for that single thing! I was, of course, not given any warning or guidance as to what it would cost. Had I known, I could have scheduled a full massage at. my chiropractor's office for about the same amount!
