I've worked with agents that were friendly in the beginning then have their personalities change as they lose steam and just want the client to choose and close. Ryan went above and beyond, really. For instance there were window springs that had to be replaced in multiple windows, he went on his own and picked them up for me and helped install them. He came over willing to help re-hang some doors that were rubbing. He came to our existing house to drop off or pick up any docs that were needed and keys and what not. After we closed he helped us take pics, get the properties listed for rental, and gave us property management tips. I feel like Ryan became as much a friend as he was our agent.
