Paul Teasdale and his team were absolutely fantastic. I was trying to sell our house by owner and it just wasn't working out the way I thought it would. I called Paul in the afternoon to ask some questions about his approach, and he was over at our house within the hour. I knew things were going to go well when he showed up professional but laid back, and immediately jumped in to help us move some couches we ordered m that had showed up right before he came. I'm one of those people who scrutinizes and over thinks everything, and in the past I always felt like working with a Realtor maybe just wasn't worth it. Paul ABSOLUTELY proved me wrong. Something that really stands out is he isn't pushy, and views his job as being "employed" by his sellers - while he has many years of experience and wisdom, he was never overbearing or rude and always deferred to us on decisions. He's highly responsive and involved, always quick and thorough in answering questions and patient through it all. We didn't have a great experience with our previous realtor but as soon as we called Paul he met us at a home the same day and was tireless in working to find us the home we wanted. My house hunting experience was a long one before finding Team Teasdale. Not only were they extremely professional but 100% confident in what they do. We had walked through a lot of houses and had offers on several short sales, before Team Teasdale. I thought the short sales we were looking at and making offers on were all going to work out. Truth is they were not going to work out and we always hit a dead end. This was very discouraging. From the first phone call with Paul Teasdale I knew he was going to take my house hunting experience in the right direction. It was a short three weeks later and we had closed on a dream house! I am still shocked at the difference in realtors. They knew exactly what houses to go after and they did everything in their power to get our house. (It did come down to quite the battle!) And they fought for us! We truly kept spinning our wheels with offers that were never going to work out. I can't thank Team Teasdale enough for our amazing experience.
