I wish I could give zero stars. The only decent part of my experience with Key adjusting was the…read morenice girls at the front desk that answer the phones. They are lovely and should run the whole company. Key adjusting filed my claim with the wrong date, wrote down only wind damage when it was supposed to be wind and hail on a roof with discontinued shingles that ended up being double layered, did not include my garage roof or my storm door or any interior damage that was supposed to be claimed. When the insurance obviously denied the claim, I was completely ghosted. My contractor couldn't get a hold of Ed either. Contractor left a message outlining the issues with how they filed the claim so that they could fix the issue and get it approved, but instead they decided to do nothing and not respond to us at all. Numerous, numerous attempts to call and email and leave messages to have them release my claim to no avail. Finally, my Contractor had to threaten them via email with legal action, at which point the release was finally sent over. You will find more success getting help with your claim if you simply dig a hole in the ground and put your head inside of it than you will calling this company.
