This is probably one of the worst doctor's offices I've ever been to, and considering the number of doctors I've [unfortunately] had to see in my life, that's really saying something. The doctors were extremely dismissive, brushing off my previously diagnosed medical problems as 'nothing serious' while accusing me of 'overreacting' for asking for help in managing them. Serious abnormalities in the results of bloodwork done previously were also met with a similar attitude. Any medical advice they bothered to give me came in the form of extremely basic things I was already doing ("diet/exercise/vitamins"), advice that was outdated or based on old wives' tales, and even one or two things that were downright dangerous for me -- nothing actually useful. Requests for diagnostics and evaluations recommended by a couple of my other doctors were denied, with no reason given other than, "you can't treat an incurable illness, so why bother diagnosing it?" Huh?! The bloodwork I had done previously was repeated here, but it was not drawn at my office visit -- I had to set up an appointment to come back a few days later. Which would have been fine if they didn't completely forget about my appointment, forcing me to wait a lot longer than I should have while the doctor got her act together. The disorganization didn't end there, though: they never called me with my bloodwork results, nor did they return the many calls I made asking for someone to please call me with them. I finally gave up and went to the office in person to demand a copy of results. When I saw the same abnormalities that were previously brushed off by the doctors here, I asked again for someone to please call me to go over them. Unsurprisingly, no one ever did. On top of all this (as if it wasn't bad enough), this office billed me incorrectly for a type of service I never received, and despite months of arguing AND them admitting the error was their fault, they ultimately refused to correct it, which screwed up my insurance and stuck me with a bill for a few hundred dollars. My experience here was all-around atrocious, and based on it, I highly recommend that you avoid this practice and the doctors associated with it. There are plenty of other doctors in the area who are much, much better at what they do. read more

I've never had a problem with Dr. Hanna. I trust her with my life, obviously. She is the main health care provider for myself, my wife, and for a time, my parents until they moved south. I've never seen her checking webmd when I describe my ailments; that is something that causes me no small amount of trepidation. Dr Hanna looks me in the eye when we speak, and she takes the time to listen. Dr. Hanna give good advice and I do listen to her. She is always warm and friendly, good bedside manner. She makes me feel comfortable, as she is sympathetic to my ailments. The staff are great, always friendly and we have a lot of laughs (laughing is good for you, look it up). I feel sorry for the people who left bad reviews. I'm not sure if they came on an off day or maybe for some people nothing is ever good enough. read more

Made an appointment looking for a new primary. Front desk staff was great and very friendly. Met the Dr and had quite a few questions. She answered everything and set me up for bloodwork on site. While I waited I heard some of the staff in the back talking badly about Dr. Ghabras. That absolutely did not make me feel good about the dr and also the professionalism of the staff. I went in for bloodwork and the hematologist was very nice but I could swear she was hungover . Not a good feeling. I noticed in the blood work chair there was dried spattered blood all over the table where you place your arm, gross. My results were abnormal and the dr had someone who had no idea what they were talking about call me 2 days later to tell me I need repeat bloodwork. The dr herself didnt call me until 2 weeks later at 8am and I missed her call. Only to return the call and get her assistant on the phone who again couldn't tell me anything about my bloodwork. I went ahead and had repeat tests done on my own . Needless to say this will not be my primary. read more
