You should reach out to the reviewer before you effect a business owner in a negative way. AND AGAIN: Every once in a while you make a decision on blind faith and it pays off BIG TIME. We rescued a 12 week old puppy from Texas and quickly learned we needed pro help as we haven't been puppy parents for 20 years and this little girl was a nutjob and may have been heading down a bad path behavior wise. Kristin got right back to me after my initial web page inquiry. When she arrived, she was relaxed and professional and her kind, caring, genuine personality was obvious from the start. She CARES about our furbaby. Her training skills were so effective even from the initial consultation that this little pup was learning: come,sit,shake and down (heel) and most important to us was her going in her crate when asked as this is something we really want her to master and be comfortable with. Kristin made it known that our role is crucial in her training and gave us handouts for our homework and skills to be met. By the second session, our pupper was learning: "touch" (snoot boops), learning to jump into her bed and "leave it" (biting stuff) and stay. We are able to redirect the evening zoomy/crazy time with physical and mental workouts for her that is good for all of us. The entire time during these sessions, Kristin is upbeat, fun and it really feels like we've known her forever. We trust her to do the best thing for all of us. I'm so happy we connected with her. I am excited for the future of what this little doggo is going to learn,master and how her confidence is going to grow. You cannot go wrong choosing her to help with your furkids. When he sees Craig pull-up, he about busts out the door to jump into the truck with the other pups going to camp that day. I like this place already. The owners are a married couple who host the retreat on their farm. Some employees live on the farm as well, which is nice because you know for sure that there's always someone around for your pup. They offer doggy training, boarding, and day camp. There's a fenced in area for the dogs that gives them more than enough space to run around. When we arrived most of the dogs were running around the fenced in space having a blast. Once the rain came I couldn't get any good pictures.

We've been going here since 2019 and as of 2026, this is the reason we are considering leaving the practice. It's almost like the front desk staff do not want to be there or are burned out. I called today to book an appointment and when I called back in 5-7 minutes, Courtney was very short and rude in communicating that they book up fast and those times are no longer available but said I can pay more for an emergency visit. I completely understand they book up in minutes so that's not the issue. The communication lately has been met with tension and defensive just from asking a simple question. We also had a not so pleasant experience with someone at front desk during the last visit in April. I get they probably deal with a lot of entitled people being in Buckhead so just know they are not the most welcoming nor friendly and are very firm in their communication. Unfortunately, I cannot bear to drive 35 - 40 minutes again to be met with less than stellar service nor pay extra for an emergency visit here. Healthcare for pets should have the same compassion and care as Healthcare for humans. No human wants to go to a hospital or doctor's office where the staff are not welcoming and the same goes for pets. It's very unfortunate because the doctors are awesome! We were also driving from North Marietta to see the doctors since we moved out of the area and the customer service doesn't make the drive worth it. It used to not feel this way back in 2019 which makes me think these staff are burned out and tired. I hope things change for the better!

But my dogs bath that I said no too when asked, was 45.00 plus 20.00 spa special. Plus 32.00 for monthly special package. Like that more expensive than when I groom. That they also charged me for a monthly package. I specifically said over and over and check in I didn't want it. And your front desk lady should vouch for me. And why would I want a credit when I am being cheated out of money?? When the business I have supported for six yrs referred customers too is not backing me on something that is their fault. During check-in, I had multiple verbal conversations with your front desk employee regarding additional services for my dog. Each time the subject came up, I clearly stated that I did not want any extra services added. I specifically remember saying no because I live paycheck to paycheck and was trying to keep costs down. At no point did I knowingly agree to extra services. If your policy is that only the written contract matters regardless of what is verbally discussed, then your staff should be trained to go line-by-line through the paperwork clearly and accurately instead of having conversations that directly contradict what the customer is saying. I take responsibility for not rechecking every line before signing, but your business also has a responsibility to ensure customers are not being verbally told one thing while paperwork reflects another. A customer should be able to trust that when they repeatedly say "no" to extra services, those services are not added anyway. I am asking you to take responsibility for the failures in communication and handling of this situation. From my perspective, I was charged for services I explicitly declined, and I find that unacceptable. Even more so the owners response to their business.
