By the time 30 minutes were up I regretted booking at all. "Coach" was incredibly rude, condescending and dismissive. Jumps to erroneous conclusions projecting her own false stereotypes onto each situation. When you try to clarify and bring discussion back to order, she just yells over to of you. After wasting your valuable appointment time on an irrelevant tirade, she claims she can't hear you any more. My 90-something grandma can hear me just fine. At the same time,  mysterious background noises are coming over the line. The type you hear in a kitchen when plates, cutlery and glassware bang together.
