He merely is a young upstart general contractor who is very dishonest. Insisted on final payment before my major job was entirely completed, which I paid in good faith, but wouldn't return a single time to begin correcting numerous major mistakes/omissions including removal of large mounds of surplus materials and replacement of smashed Anderson window. While promptly admitting such obligations and making a dozen appointments over ensuing two-month period to remediate, never showed up, apologized nor communicated. I paid him $105,000 for extensive chimney and roof rebuilds but had to incur another $3,000 to others to complete his unfinished/unsatisfactory work, notwithstanding his advertised promise of "satisfaction guaranteed" and a contractual 55-year warranty. O'Rielly pretends to be a "choir boy" but actually is not trustworthy.
