When we tried to explain that to him, he would not accept it and rudely told us we were not allowed to stay. Which as uninformed as that was I get the rules change every day and the times are complicated and weird. But he didn't go ask for help and he wouldn't even listen to that everyone else has accepted this and look at the documentation to show that it is a suitable substitute. Instead he just kicked us out of a completely empty restaurant, which was the other kicker as it wasn't like they were swamped or even had a couple tables to take care of, no one was there and he could have taken the time to become informed and gain two customers. The only kind they had included some sort of ground meat inside instead of cabbage and shrimp and such. It was kind of like eating a spring roll with hamburger in it. The wasabi and ginger are incredibly fresh and potent. That was a nice treat. I arrived at opening at lunchtime and I think I was the only one in the restaurant so the wait staff was very attentive and friendly and fast. The Japanese owner lady is incredibly friendly and kind.

We honestly did our best to avoid any dishes with mayonnaise (as there are many) since the sushi purists in us were a bit appalled. All the dishes we had were very fresh and quite tasty.
