I had a really hard time in the beginning because they aren't currently letting parents in to drop off and pick up's (due to COVID). But Bethany was so sweet and would call to give me updates on how my little one was adjusting and that made me feel a lot more comfortable in leaving them. I definitely had a much harder time with the transition than either of my kids. But Bethany was very nice and understanding and patient with me, and that was very much appreciated. Skip ahead a few months and I see a huge difference in my 2-year-olds vocabulary! He has come such a long way since we made the transition to Primrose! As for my 5-year-old, I am blown away by their curriculum and the things she has learned! I still haven't had a chance to meet the kid's teachers, but I am hoping in the next few months to get to sit down with them.

We have been enrolled for a month or two at the springboro location and have run into multiple…read moreissues. We do not feel safe attending anymore. There have been multiple classes where the instructors just do not teach or tell you what to do. They also are usually not paying attention and have even verbally stated they don't want to be there. Having an infant getting used to water, and reading your website about safety I am very surprised at the lack of attention these instructors are giving. Multiple times we have attended and the water has been so cold our infant has shivered, parents shivered and we had to get out of the water it was so cold, one time a makeup class was offered, and another time it was not. Multiple parents complained and even the instructor thanked us for saying something because she was really cold. Talking to the GM Jaclyn got us nowhere, and she offered to move him up to the 1 year-plus class, but that does not align with the methodology I understand from your website and we do not feel comfortable doing that. Also, even though we are picking classes with specific instructors they seem to always swap them out. Also, while talking to Jaclyn on the phone she was very rude, interrupted me would not put me in contact with the owner because "they own multiple locations so that isnt possible" and hung up while I was talking. I would highly suggest any other place if you have an infant looking to take swim classes.

The staff and management team are phenomenal at encouraging your child, setting clear water boundaries, and promoting 360° safety between caregivers and kids while at the pool. During COVID, it seemed they implemented stricter standards than the hospitals. Since then they've struggled to adequately staff. As such, I was recently called 5 minutes before school to say there was no transportation for lack of trained bus drivers, which necessitated calling her out of school as she was already there and we were at work. They then asked for volunteers to keep their child home one day and cancelled transportation 3 more days before revoking the service for the remainder of the school year. Now I'm scrambling to cover the last 3 or 4 weeks of the school year. Thankfully I was already withdrawing her this summer as I'm a teacher.
