From the start, Hilary at the front office has been friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in coordinating schedules for my three daughters. I really appreciate how the director and staff hold the students accountable and stay actively involved in their progress. They meet regularly with each child to review grades, missing assignments, and test scores, and they keep parents informed every step of the way. As a parent, I truly value being kept in the loop and knowing exactly how my children are doing. Recently, when I noticed some changes in my children's grades, I reached out to the staff--and they had already noticed the same and were planning a meeting to address it. That level of attentiveness and care gave me such peace of mind. It's clear that the C2 team genuinely cares about each student's success. My oldest daughter, who is a senior this year, has been getting help with her college essays, and I love that C2 stays on top of important deadlines and helps her stay organized through the college application process. All three of my kids really like their tutors and enjoy their sessions. They never find them boring, and they appreciate having someone knowledgeable who can explain challenging topics in a way that makes sense. Two years on, and I couldn't be happier with Mr. Goran's impact. Sure, my daughter's still a bit shy on stage, but behind the scenes, her progress is something to behold. She's heading to high school soon and even talking about auditions for the advanced orchestra - all thanks to Mr. Goran's attention and encouragement. I enjoy listening to her practice and as someone who doesn't read music or play any instruments, I am glad to have Mr. Goran visit every week and amazed at her transformation. What's great about Mr. Goran is his friendly demeanor and stellar communication.
