Y2 Academy was one of the most effective resources I used during my SAT preparation. Their…read morematerials are very well developed- they provided numerous full-length practice tests and homework sets (each was about half a test), all at a consistently high difficulty level. That level of difficulty is what sets them apart from other prep programs I tried, which often didn't come close to replicating the challenge of the actual SAT. That way, when it came to the easier modules on the actual SAT (especially for the reading sections), I had more confidence that I was answering each question correctly. Additionally, although I was enrolled in their Summer 2024 program, Y2 gave me access to all their tests for a full year, which was extremely helpful for long-term prep. I was able to review, take tests, and continue practicing at my own pace. This way, I was able to improve my score throughout the school year instead of relying on just a couple of weeks of practice over the summer. Using their materials helped me increase my score, scoring in the 99th percentile in reading and 98th percentile in math. The structure, difficulty, and depth of their practice resources really pushed me to improve and helped me along this process.
