Well, at Brasserie Absint my wishes were fulfilled. Fantastic meat. Tasty, lean, tender and prepared perfectly to my wishes, and my husbands meat-dish to his wishes. The sweet potato fries perfect and tasty. I had a wonderful dessert but the Swedish name escapes me. I realize I must go back and review the specific names of the dishes we had and clarify those.
