For smokers residing near Cal State L.A., this smoke shop is the place for you. I labeled it "Tobacco Shop" because that was the closest description but it's really a smoke shop that sells all your smoking needs - bongs, pipes/pieces, incense, containers, paper, blunt wraps, and the list goes on. Everything but the "tobacco" itself. Incense is 30/$1 - awesome price. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable; accomodating to the poor college student criteria. With buying a piece, one has to buy "tobacco" as well, therefore, spending more money. I came in here to replace my old piece that was unfortunately STOLEN (damn Leimert Park) along with my purse last year. I now own a beautiful green, yellow, and red one ... mmm mmmm. Can't wait to break that baby in. I also purchased a smaller one for mobility uses. Both cost me $35. I didn't attempt to bargain with them because ... I wasn't in the mood. Maybe because I wasn't in Chinatown or something where bargaining is like a ritual. This is a CASH ONLY place. But don't fret, they are willing to hold your paraphernalia items for you in case you don't have cash. How nice of them. The location is hidden on the end of a small ... plaza I should say. Finally I was able to visit Aroma Smoke shop. Parking is a little tight in the mini mall- but it's a busy strip mall and someone is always leaving. Aroma is open 2 pm to 8 pm.. I would show up 10 am- 1 pm because after those hours I have my kids with me. I was very surprised at the fantastic collection and the mom and pop vibe of the store. And it's a nice surprise when you see that you have walked into a little piece of wonder. I was greeted by a very sweet young lady who even now remembers my voice over the phone. I went in to get a vapor pen and she treated me like I was an idiot, or a child, or maybe a criminal.
