Khalil and Marcel are amazing. Best customer service at a smoke shop. Khalil is very professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful. I had multiple issues with the Yocan Ziva, which I purchased there, and Khalil was very kind to allow replacement. Keep in mind that the replacement was given within 3 weeks of purchase. You can not purchase something, and months later, try and replace if you're having issues. I would recommend SGV smoke shop to anybody looking for 510 thread battery cartridges. I purchased a really nice double chamber bubbler from this shop for my "tobacco" needs The gentleman that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't catch his name but he answered all my questions and let me handle a few pieces before I made my final decision. I purchased this bubbler for my boyfriend for our anniversary and he is soooo happy w it. We both use this piece daily and it's become our favorite piece! It is conveniently nearby pizza hut, , oriley, boba , and Asian restaurants. From my experience this shop has the better prices compared to shops nearby. Newport Butane is $6 and I've seen shops who charge $8-9. People here are chill. I broke 2 pieces of glass from the shop and they were understanding and hooked it up. They have a good selection blunts papers, bongs vapes. Don't expect some high end glass. This ain't the shop for that read more

When I got home and took out the piece purchased (see pic), I noticed the bowl it came with was cracked. I was tired and didn't return to the store until the next day, within 24 hours of the original purchase. When I showed one of the guys there what the situation was, he--without even verifying that I had recently purchased it by checking the receipt I brought, which was the original--immediately began arguing with me that "they don't sell cracked items" and that I should "go check other times to see the condition of items they sell". He did not even try to work with me and was aggressively trying to persuade me that it was not their fault, or the fault of a defective part. I was very irritated because the piece purchased was very nice but what's the point of a nice piece when it comes cracked? Needless to say, I won't be bringing my business here ever again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. If that's how they treat first time customers, I can only imagine how they treat repeat customers. I went to another place to get a bowl replacement. TLDR: Save yourself the trouble and horrible customer service by bringing business to a smoke shop where employees are professional and put in even the most minimal effort to help customers have a good experience. read more

This is a cool little shop. They do not have a huge variety of items, but the stuff they do have is quality merchandise. I was impressed by their bong selection. They have this one gigantic pipe that looked awesome, but I thought if it breaks, there would be tons of broken shards of glass everywhere and that wouldn't be to nice of a clean up. If I'm in the area and I needed something quick and cheap I would stop here, but other than that, I would just keep going. This place is awesome. It's in the 168 shopping center and is located on the left side of the plaza next to the pizza hut. My husband and I always come here for our hookah supplies. We are pretty particular about our supplies, so when we found out this place carries the super strong mint FML brand and flat Titanium brand coals, we knew this was our spot. We drive from South El Monte to visit here not only because they carry the brands we like, but the customer service is top notch. John always knows what we are coming in for, but always has some new tips and is knowledgeable about new products we might be interested in. He took his time and explained everything to me (first box vape for me and it's awesome!). Even when it got a little busy he was great at attending everyone's needs promptly and courteously. When I got home there was a little problem with the first coil, so I drove back and he went above and beyond to try to fix it for me.
