This location was closest to our home. Safelite didn't call us for 3 days, so I called them. It turned out that our insurance company gave them the wrong phone number for us and that's why we didn't hear from them. You would think Safelite would've called my insurance company to get the correct number, but they didn't. They did come out the next morning and did the reinstallation. The tech was nice and polite. I did want to say that we have not had any problems with the replacement windshield. Enough time and rain have gone by, and there have been no problems since.
