Preordered a product back in May, seemed like a great deal. They sent out an email with a notification of a delay of shipping due to an allocation issue the day of the product's release (2-6 weeks delay, they said). Since then, absolutely no communication on whether or not their allocation has increased or when it is being planned on fulfilled or refunded. Essentially just keeping mine (and likely others') money hostage. Will wait out the 6 weeks (today marks week 4) before filing an official claim. Would not recommend purchasing from MC. read more

They didn't deliver and didn't communicate, holding onto my money for two weeks with essentially zero communication except for one email, which they never bothered to follow up on. Ended up requesting a chargeback through my credit card because of the lack of communication. Would avoid at all costs. read more

This company took preorders for a product worth multiple hundreds of dollars, then sent a email out stating they couldn't fulfill the orders for weeks, and offered lesser value items in unequal exchange. They are perpetrators of fraud and use their distributor as a scapegoat, when they are clearly taking advantage of people's eagerness for products they use bait. Don't purchase from them online or otherwise, especially for preorders. read more
