In a world filled of liars and cheats, who are out to give you bad advice and rope you into how they feel, not what's good for you or how the insurance benefits you. I came upon the most honest man I could have met. I mean I was put through months and months of bad advice and spending a month and a half educating myself and calling Medicare. Jason was the real deal and so easy to work with. He made me feel extremely comfortable, poor man was feeling the brunt of what others were trying to do to me. Some of these agents would go as far as telling you your doctor was apart of this plan and thank goodness I did my own research and follow up work. Then I'd get hit sideways finding id been lied too. It wasn't this way with Jason. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns and then based off of what I was going to have to deal with, we came to the conclusion on a great plan. I will tell you this much do yourself a favor and understand what all these advantage plans are and part D means to you or you'll live to regret it, if you have more going on with then meets the eye. Medicare Social Security will also penalize you if you fail to meet certain criteria as well. This stays with you your entire time you are collecting SSI. He is the kindest man ever. The most understanding and giving person I ever. I'm so glad I stumbled upon him in a sea of sharks waiting to chomp on you. Hustlers will come out of the wood work, unseasoned professionals. Now that's the biggest statement I could make here, unseasoned no time under their belt, haven't seen it all. It's scary. I'm glad I found him! He was my saving grace! It's kind of how you wish all businesses operated. I left a message and Chris Fong got back to me within minutes. We setup a session and he walked me through the medical, dental and prescription choices. During our video session together (really, he did all the work), he got me signed up and all the financials taken care of. There were a few frustrating moments as dealing with insurance companies isn't fun. So while I was ready to smash my pc, Chris didn't. Very patient man. PROPERTIES LEFT UNINSURED. $25,000+ IN REFUNDS WE HAD TO UNCOVER OURSELVES. POLICIES LEFT ACTIVE…read moreYEARS AFTER THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this agency to manage their insurance policies. We have given this office a tremendous amount of business over many years, insuring a large portfolio of properties and referring significant business to them. Unfortunately, since Rhonda left, the management of our policies has deteriorated to the point that we have moved them away one by one. Earlier this year, WE conducted an audit of our policies and uncovered more than $25,000 in refunds from paid-in-full policies on properties we had sold that had never been returned to us. We then had to identify and chase down those refunds ourselves because the cancellations/refunds had not been handled properly. We have also had policies continue renewing and charging us on properties that should have been cancelled years earlier, policies written with incorrect information, and now a property actually go uninsured because a renewal payment wasn't processed. Their office has our cards on file and historically charged them for renewals, yet apparently stopped doing so--with no phone call or email warning us that coverage was going to lapse. These are not minor customer-service issues. These are serious insurance management failures that create enormous financial liability. They claim to manage our policies, but our experience has been the exact opposite. We have had to audit their work, catch mistakes, chase down refunds, identify policies that should have been cancelled, and now discover lapses in coverage ourselves. After years of giving this agency a significant amount of business and referrals, I have lost all confidence in them and have pulled nearly every policy away. DO NOT assume your policies are being managed. Check every renewal, cancellation, payment and refund yourself. Based on our experience, I would not trust this office to manage an insurance portfolio.
