In actuality the receptionist/man was late coming back from lunch which made the people waiting on him appear to be late. We tried to explain and the man at the reception desk said nothing but slipped away and brought back the store manager who was very rude and said we'd have to be rescheduled because we were 5 minutes late. We tried to explain but he yelled at us and told us to leave! I could not believe it. He was a very feminine speaking man and he was awful. They obviously do not do any training with even the managers. Sorry excuse for a vet clinic. STAY AWAY!

We bring 3 of our furbabies to Lovet and always had a positive experiences. We always do the first morning appointment and the woman that greets us is always kind. Typically Zachary sees our Bella and is very thorough and explains everything. Techs have all been amazing and show compassion with our pups. Yesterday we took Bella in for her annual check up and some vaccines. The doc we had wasn't one we had before but she literally spent less than 5 minutes with us. Didn't ask us any questions. Just was quick, administered the vaccines and took off and her tech took over the rest. $80 for what? It's not like she was super busy,overbooked or behind. Appointments are what? 30 mins? I even made a comment to the tech how crazy quick that was and she replied saying well we don't want to keep you here all day. I get that and appreciate that. But 5 mins? Just the lack of any sense the doc cared is what bothered me the most. We live in a 15 mile radius of 8 Lovet locations so I guess we will try another location next time. Suggestion for the App developers: Please add the dogs vaccine history and transaction history on our profiles. It will help allow us that have to budget to plan our expenses better.

So when we recently decided it was that time to say goodbye to Georgia, I decided to reach out to VVMVS again. Similar to my last experience, the team was super empathetic and professional on the phone, and we scheduled our appointment for a few days later. Dr. Kormos and Alicia cam out this time and helped facilitate another peaceful passing. They were communicative about timing on the day of the appointment. My daughter and our other dog were there and while we were all very emotional, I'm glad that we could surround Georgia with love as we watched her go. We miss her beyond words but are also relieved that she is no longer in pain. We will cherish the paw print and all of the memories and carry Georgia in our hearts with us always. If you are in this predicament and seeking an in-home visit of any sort for your pet, I do recommend Valet Vet.
