My partner loved them too, and had another piece of furniture made for his living room and he was very happy. Recently I had a divan bed made and again, it is fabulous. Andy delivered it, put it together, helped us move the carpet and furniture around too. Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful. Can't fault him or his team at all. They matched the bed paint colour perfectly to the other pieces of furniture made 6 years ago. He took time out to explain structure, colour, wood quality and processing, pros and cons plus costs so that we could make informed decisions. We appreciate this kind of service as it shows that the business really cares about its clientele and not just to make a quick buck and be over with it. Upon delivery, much care was given to ensure no scratches were made on the furniture nor our home, taking it up 2 flights of stairs. Our new house was recently renovated when we bought it, but sadly our predecessors must have been much more adept at decluttering, because whilst we too can mount our TV on the wall and enjoy the fact that the cords all disappear into a hole, we just can't address the audio-visual jumble that seems to be required to make it work. We needed an entertainment unit that had all the nooks and crannies required to house the DVD player, the X-Box, the Foxtel box, the SONOS control unit, even the dust-riddled video player demanded by the dedicated old-school series watcher. Plus all the cords, and the DVDs, and all the DVDs that have been taken out of their boxes and not replaced, plus the mysterious cords that appear in the mix with no evident purpose (but you can't throw them away just in case ...) Yep, a little more discipline would no doubt be in order, but a Sydney Side entertainment unit was good interim measure.
