Sat out in a sleet storm waiting for someone to attend to us. At least point us towards plants that…read morewe were looking for. Now we're cold and drenched due to an April cold front storm and finally asks what we were doing. They took us into a sort rickety greenhouse and her phone went off. We again had us waiting for at least another 10-15 minutes still wet and cold. At that point we got in the car and left with no sight of anyone to take care of us. We thought the whole experience was very rude. A) They should asked if we could use help or acknowledged that we were there. B) They should have let the phone ring or tel whoever it was they will get a return call. B)
