Avoid this contractor We hired the owner, Lee, do level our…read moremobile home and repair tresses. He seems knowledgeable. The work was scheduled in a timely manner however, the son of the owner came to do the work. He did not have materials and did not start until 11 am. I questioned why he did not level the trailer before repairing the tresses. He said it did not matter. He was a pleasant person but around 230 said he needed to go get his child. He said he would come and finish the next day. It looked like it was going to storm so I suggested we put the particle board inside. He said he needed to go but would cover it up. I moved all the boards inside by myself before it stormed. I was unable to be on site the next day. The trailer was leveled however the front room was not finished (tresses). We Hired another contractor to finish. He stated the obvious that the leveling should have been done first. It created a lot more work since only part of the room was done before leveling. The owner would not return any calls nor emails. Avoid this company. Poor workmanship​.dishonest..and unresponsive. I would give them a one half star!

We loved the addition but it took forever, and was done haphazardly...eg..carpet installed before work was done, resulting in wear and tear on the carpet. Nothing is squared, so closets don't close, doors are crooked. The thing that bother us most? 2 years later it costs us another 1500$ to correct electrical problems. We tried unsuccessfully to reach Lee and Paul to rectify, no response...our cottage could have burned down because of shoddy work installing a dryer...and our extended warranty we paid for on the dryer? Can't use because some one sawed a hole in the side to connect the dryer vent hose. None of the switches had electrical boxes,, we had to completely redo our circuit box.. drywall shows cracks at the tape..My list is long, and heartbreaking...we trusted Lee...what a disappointment.

I left voicemails at his office and on his cell phone multiple time no response. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend working with him in the future. P.S. He did a job for me in the past, no problems. Don't know what the issue is.

I also had a problem with Kevin. He will not return a phone call. He put a roof on two buildings…read more(house and small garage) for me. His bid included gutter clean out and clean up of all debris from roof and gutters. Down spout on one gutter was clogged with debris to the extent water would not run through it. Numerous phone calls with messages left produced no help from him. We tore it apart and clean out the old shingle pieces and nails. The clean up in the yard was almost non-existent. The large pieces were picked up, but we cleaned up the yard and flower beds. 6 weeks later I was still picking up nails. Also, if I had not been on site for the day of installation, he would have drove over my drain field to put a dumpster at the back of the house. Another problem, I had a ridge vent on the garage previously, but once he was done it was no longer there. A letter to him listing the problems got a phone call from him in which he claims there never was a ridge vent on the garage, just a cosmetic feature. I had another contractor install the ridge vent and he said that was not true, it was there. I absolutely would never hire him again. The frustration of not being able to contact him is a huge flag. I had two people tell me he was good. Although the roof looks good, the others issues made this a stressful situation.
