Ticket prices are standard, the seating is comfy with reclining chairs, it's pretty clean and modern, but the lines to buy tickets, which can only be found at the concession line (dumb as can be), are long and a disaster. They have never opened the actual ticket counter lines to sell tickets- ever. That's stupid. They don't even open them for blockbusters. It makes zero sense. The place is full of people in line buying tickets, snacks, getting extra snacks or have questions, gift cards, etc and it's a mess. It's not very well planned. Why are ticket counter lines there if they never were going to use them for guests? Explain this... The restrooms are usually clean, the staff is usually ok, but the concession section is a mess, including the soda refill area. As for the popcorn, it is sometimes stale or unseasoned. Parking is decent and the lot is well lit with limited security watching the lot at night, which is a bonus when it's quite dark or bad weather. A pretty good theatre experience compared to the rest.

I do think the buying tickets and concessions should be separate as we just wanted concessions and not tickets but would have to wait in big line. Another negative is in the extreme theater our seats in row G made it so that the bottom of the screen was being blocked by the seats in front and also the recliner seats were not the comfiest compare to other theaters. This is a lovely theater - much nicer than others in the area (MJR, NCG, etc). They have bizarro…read more"cuddle seats" in the very front - not sure why anyone would want those except for possibly illicit reasons? But ignoring those, the rest of the theater is all nice recliners that also have a heating switch. One thing I really like about this theater is how much space there is between rows; even with the seats fully reclined, you don't have to squeeze by people if you need a restroom break in the middle of the movie. The sodas and slushies are self-serve and they also have five different types of powdered popcorn seasoning that you can apply. Surprisingly, though, they didn't have any butter dispensers - I suppose you could always ask for more from behind the counter, but I do like being able to control the amount that's put on. They have a pretty widespread concessions menu and they will bring out your hot food to you in your seat. Prices for concessions are average and tickets are reasonable - $9 for a matinee and $11 for night. The lobby area is notably nice - there is a self-playing piano, a fireplace, and a full bar area. It was also impeccably clean in the lobby and restroom. Employees were very friendly across the board. This is clearly a very well-maintained theater and I would definitely go back.

Nice small theater located in the parking lot of the Meridian Mall. When I looked this up I didn't…read morerealize it wasn't "in" the mall so I parked way on the wrong side of the mall. The good thing was, we enjoyed our walk through the mall and had plenty of time to figure out where we had to go. You get to pick specific seats but the are soft rocking type seats, not like the recliner ones I'm used to picking. Restrooms were conveniently located, the theater was clean and the prices seemed pretty reasonable. They have some sort of premium membership program but I didn't ask anything about it since I don't live in the area.
