This is a big ticket financial transaction for most people and I'd prefer a more professional agent that wants to build a reputation for working hard for their money. Without going into more painful details about more nonsense that occurred during our interactions, I would never recommend her for either side of a real estate transaction. She got facts wrong and made promises she did not keep as well as going completely radio silent when asked a simple question after the closing. Not a surprise as I expected as much, but I thought just maybe she might want to redeem herself. Nope. Being a RE agent is a pretty easy gig so long as you can communicate, stay organized and put in the time. Unfortunately, Ms. Durbala is an example of why the profession is regarded in the same company as lawyers and used car salespeople.
