Mr. Royer was punctual for his meetings/phone calls, communicated well, and was always available for questions. Mr. Royer understood the reality of the working adult and was able to communicate efficiently and effectively through email. One thing that stood out most was his experience and knowledge of the industry he practices in. With his knowledge, he set us up for success so there was very little "back and forth" with the underwriting process. The second thing that stood out was his ability to maneuver and pivot with obstacles. He had several backup plans or strategies before considering to quit. Thirdly, Mr. Royer was genuine, personable, transparent, and truthful throughout the process. He is very much a hands-on type of provider. He will update you/ keep you in the loop every step of the way. He is not comfortable moving forward in anything until the client is comfortable and has an understanding of what is happening.
