CCCU is a fraudulent credit union. On top of it all, they had terrible customer service. You are only allowed to talk to a member specialist, if you have any problem they can't take care of then they play phone tree, relaying information from other department and they get half the info wrong that they were trying to relay from someone else. You are not allowed to speak to technical support at all. Then they tell you it's not their problem and you need to figure it out your self. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! You will regret it.

When I came up to the desk, there was no emotion whatsoever or liveliness that made me feel like a valued customer of over 10 years. Not even a "what can I do for you today?" Even the thank you was dry and that was after I said, thank you. Oh yeah, and don't even get me started on how dirty it was. There were candy sticks on the ground and crumbs. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my finds out of my account, which were supposedly mailed. Call holding times are excessive when you call in for assistance, one half hour or longer. This is a bank that claims five star banking services. Other branches of USBank closed without notice, forcing customers like myself to drive to other locations. This great "5 star service" from a bank who has cost me over $5,000 in bad information from employees, managers who can't close an account when you have your home mortgage, checking and saving account relationship with them for more than 10 years. All they care about is making their CEO rich.
