Instead of charging me for an entire batch of new tiles, he found some that matched at his workplace and nailed those on. Additionally, Jeremy tried to cover ceiling stains with Kills but stains remained. He went into my garage and found matching ceiling paint and came back and painted my ceiling (which he didn't have to). All stains are gone and job completed in a quality manner. I'm sure I would've been overcharged for the whole project and it's for the best since I came here to read the reviews. Top dollar prices require top-dollar service. Not addressing a punch list is unprofessional. People pay hard-earned money for renovations and they should be completed to perfect with a smile as agreed to when money was paid.
