Then it quickly began to fall apart from there. I text Mike over two months trying to get him to come back to fix the job. He replied me a couple times saying "I plan on coming taking the whole thing down and redoing it". And "I'd never be satisfied with work like that". After two months he finally sent someone to come fix the job. They did not take it out. They only made it 10x worse. My neighbor and I are having to pay another fence company to come fix this mess. Do not do business with this company. The pictures on this business page can't be his because they do not know anything about making something look good. Only how to screw it up so the gates do not open, the fence is not straight and screws are sticking out so our kids can get hurt trying to get though the gates that wont open. It looks absolutely horrible. I don't know anyone that could be satisfied with work like this. When I messaged him a few weeks ago about possibly writing a review this is how he responded, "reviews do nothing" and "most companies as ours will still get work everywhere". When the fence company's owner came out to have us look over the finished work before we made the final payment, they were already repairing the gate. The screws around the gate had pulled out of the lumber! NOT a good sign. The gate closed properly for at least a couple of weeks. Then I noticed you had to manually pull a gap wider to operate it. It had shifted or something. That was in May. I emailed them photos and a video. No response. My wife phoned 7/30 after I told her I cannot easily fix it and our son-in-law looked at it, too. I didn't want more time to pass since there was no easy fix. We paid for a working gate. The owner said to call the next day to get lined up for whether they would come Thursday or Friday. When she called the next day, no one answered the phone (my wife called more than once). You could hear noises, but they would not pick up or talk. So, we do NOT recommend them unless they fix our gate where it can work. I took the hardware off because it slams into the wood because it is not aligned right/shifted. It now literally overlaps. It will stay shut at the top wood-to-wood if you pull a gap open, but you still have to move the post manually to even do that. *Update-May need to bolt the post next to the brick to the brick wall. I cannot do that myself. It will not stay straight. Had to take off the picket attached and the support wooden pieces added behind it to nail into were not nailed/screwed into anything! Damaged the picket removing it and I was careful. Highly do NOT recommend using this business! Gate was coming loose the next DAY and did not make good after saying they would. AVOID!!!

The address on their website (1904 Stolz St, Suite A, Victoria, TX) is not a deliverable address. After continual voice mails and texts I have given up. They're worthless and have zero integrity. Once they have your money they could care less about your satisfaction. The last time their technician (Ha!) was here, he couldn't even locate the sprinkler heads he installed. The supply line they rerouted and supposedly repaired continually breaks. Twice was because the PVC joint they glued failed. The technician told me I had to find the sprinkler heads and locate the leak. He then left promptly at 5 o'clock. I immediately called and texted Tyson Ruddick to inform him his technician had left without repairing the problem. I never heard back from the man (?). Based on his horrid work quality and non existent customer care I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Coastal Fence & Irrigation is, in my opinion, dishonest and completely unworthy of being entrusted with the smallest of projects. I was confused why they would transfer me to Angi's list if they wanted me to book their business. Angi rep had no info on my project request and I had to share my info again. Now I realized that the first person was a scammer that was data-mining. A few weeks later, and I'm filing for identity theft. I received a credit ding because someone else is applying for new cards under my name. I should've verified the company more before contacting them, but that's the danger of the internet I suppose!
