I requested service from this company just after the 1st of July to clean out my house before a…read moresale. he quoted a price which I couldn't fully pay at the time, he was kind enough to let me pay in parts. point 1 to them. the inside of the hour is very clean. point 2 to them. however, they dumped furniture in the yard, didn't remove the appliances, charged me for a second 40-yard dumpster, which I never saw any proof that they obtained. They didn't "finish" the job until Aug 1.Had to hire another guy to pick up the mess.never again.

In the end the warranty company denied my claim after a week of waiting. Had to get my own water heater but they helped me installed it the day I got the heater. Was a fair price to, rather just call these guys in the future personally, at least I won't have the pay the warranty company's service fee for an estimate.
