He said he would come back and has since stopped returning my messages. I have been waiting two months now. He is quick to take your money but will burn you. He had charges against him in 2018 for scamming elderly veterans out of their money. He would take full payment do partial work then never come back. If you google him you can find that information.

The quote was fair, and the crew came out the very next day. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and every single person was professional. Before anyone looks at the photos I'm posting, I want to point something out. I knew going in that I'd have some cleanup to do afterward. With the amount of work needed, especially grinding down the stump, I wasn't expecting the area to look perfect. They're tree trimmers, removers, arborists, not landscapers. Before the issue escalated, I politely informed the crew that I would be leaving soon and that they would need to move their vehicle. I initially allowed them additional time to continue working. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices. He was able to tackle the invasive 50 ft tall empress trees that were quite a nuisance. He trimmed up some trees in the front and took down some small dead trees.
