These first-time buyers wholeheartedly recommend them! Zillow assigned us to Garrett (and, with Garrett, Arynne) when we expressed interest in seeing a house in Fresno. We're not usually ones to just accept a random assignment since we don't know the quality of what we're getting. Normally, we would've done an exhaustive search to find the perfect agent & likely even created a pros/cons spreadsheet. We approach all big personal decisions like they're work projects. But, right after being assigned, we were happily surprised. Garrett replied within a few minutes despite it being late in the evening on a weekend. From our very first call, Garrett stood out by being communicative, energetic, knowledgeable & interested. And that was just the start of a beautiful relationship. He & Arynne clearly understood the craziness of the current market and knew a ton about the region. They took us out to lunch, seemed desirous to get to know us so they could get a solid handle on what would make us happy & asked lots of great questions. They listened--REALLY LISTENED--to what we wanted/needed. They were always extremely professional, yet, also warm & kind.
