First off, don't waste your time with their email system on their website -- they NEVER answer…read more We built this house 6 years ago and they did the whole job, did an outstanding job, since then it has changed owners. They never provided me a wrench to remove the filter housing so I could replace the filter (which has now been in there for 6 years). New management or not, they kept the company name and I would think they would have historical files to know what sized pipes were used instead of asking me plumbing question, which I know absolutely nothing about. I'll need to find a more reputable company.
