Bought my house during the pandemic in 2020 with Matt Ward as my realtor. He showed up to the closing wearing only a loincloth and what I assume are traditional warpaints all over his body. Before we could get started he insisted on performing a spirit-calling dance at the property to ward off evil spirits and to bring good fortunes. I've never seen a mostly naked man dance for 3 hours around a tiny bonfire before..but I'm glad I did. Afterwards he told me about how his ancestors were responsible for crop circles and the building of pyramids all over the world. Said they were put there on top of "ley lines". If you are looking for a down to earth good realator. Matt is the one you need. My wife and I were not easy to work with, very picky, didn't have a lot of money to work with, but Matt stuck with us and made it happen. The market right now is crazy with how fast houses are moving. Without Matt being so fast and quick to respond to things and meet us at houses. Our home purchase wouldn't have happened. Delicious? Um, not so much. How about disgusting!Now I'm not so sure about everyone else but when I shop at second hand adult novelty shops, I expect the merchandise to be cleaned before being placed on the shelves. I appreciate that all items have been tested to ensure functionality BUT is it really that hard to run over it with a Clorox wipe before placing these items for resale. I was really hoping to get my grandmother a gently loved XXX-mas gift but after what I discovered at this "delicious" shop, I think I'll pass!
