In selling mine old house, I worked with Troy Marsh. He and a partner showed up to my house, did a professional and polite walkthrough, set the tone and expectations for what was to come, what I should do and what I could do. They gave me contact information for recommendations to improve the current conditions should I decide to do so, ideas as to what I could and what I should do to help improve the value of my house in an admitted sellers market, and prepared me for what I was in store for. We went through some wild rides, with the first seller failing to obtain funds (no fault of theirs), and for the next steps beyond which was no easy feat as I was out of the country at the time (Honeymoon in Ireland). Even with obvious issues, they worked with me and helped to obtain a solid offer for my house upon my return to the States. Even with my outrageous demands (:sigh: I never did get that briefcase filled with cash, exchanged at an empty parking lot) they did a helluva job helping me sell my house. Now, for the second of their 5 stars... Sarah Woodyard Miller was on point to perfection in helping us buy the house I am currently writing this from. She patiently took us from potential house to potential house, always happy, helpful and honest (the three "H"s?). Although it took some time to circle in on exactly what we wanted, she never flagged nor failed to stay on point. One day, I received a text from her that a house had just gone on the market exactly where we were looking, in our range, but we had to act. We checked it out, my wife met her there later to verify that we were together in our desire to make it so, and we pushed forward. She gave us excellent advice on how to pursue said house, move forward with our offer and make it stronger. Now, I get to call it home. Thank you, Troy, for helping me move onwards. And thank you, Sarah, for bringing us home. Thank you both for helping my family be just that.

    We've recently moved to Columbus, Ohio from New Jersey. And we rented a property via this company…read more It's been three months so far and we are very pleasant with our choice. There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.

Very poor communication between the team and investors or tenants. See honest feedback on Yelp and believe the tenant feedback on google reviews! All of the positives come from investors who are pushed to share feedback within weeks of signing a contract. I refused to do that and I am glad I waited. It is like pulling teeth trying to get information regarding your property. Now try getting your earned rental income deposited in your account. The team spends in the excess of the allowed limit without communication. Very understaffed, do not have enough people to do the job needed. Poor weather winterization services for vacant properties. Will just try to sell you their renovation services to make money. Stay away if you can!

    Very unsatisfied. Have been renting through them from a private owner a little over a year. They…read moreclosed their local office citing it was due to 'structural damage' (a real estate office that can't maintain their own office?). They didn't notify the owner the way they did us. They then insist we pay solely through an online portal but that portal previously tried to bill us twice the rent due to an accounting error (thankfully we never set up auto pay or we would've been over drafted and wiped out for the following month's bills). They charge a 'convenience fee' for using the portal even though there'a no other way to pay. After just one year they've raised our rent with no apparent change in 'services' rendered. They have charged us an additional "researched noise" fee because we reported a noisy air duct in the living room but their service contractor came out, did nothing, and left. Our lease agreement says nothing about being responsible for any such fees nor were we notified in advance there would be any. We have texted them over a week ago about this with no response. We notified the owner who is trying to address it for us. Every maintenance or bill issue, we have to contact the owner directly--so what exactly is this company doing other than ignoring tenants, using an online site to process payments and taking a cut for doing apparently nothing?! Very shady to just maintain a PO Box and website but do no real managing or maintenance of the property, just hand everything over to the owner who may as well be getting paid directly.
