Extremely unhappy with how our house purchase went. Inferior materials and workmanship. Cannot recommend them.

So I purchased a home back in April of 2018. After dealing with their lender and the ordeals with that, I came upon my one year with finding all the stuff they did wrong. After scheduling everything and knowing my schedule is hectic, NOTHING was done or followed up with. This afternoon.... I realized I have a very slow leak under my sink because the J-trap on the drain wasn't tightened. I'm so pissed at the lack of craftsmanship in this home.... by the third year, I guarantee I will have to rebuild this house. My advice.... if you purchase a home with them, make sure you watch to make sure they do things correctly on your build. read more

This is the worst builder ever. Homes go up over night. They are built way too close together with viewing platforms on some. That robs all neighbors of any back yard privacy. The appliances are the cheapest ever and don't work well. Our dishwasher was repaired 6 times and still didn't work. The construction crews start working at dawn even in the winter, so all existing homeowners are awakened very early. We can understand that in summer., but winter. Really? Its very sad.
