After being warned about sprinkler system, an employee caused damage to the system. This man was wonderful, helped cleanup and very apologetic. I contacted IS about bill for installation when it was not received. At this time 2 original technicians came to my business, 1 causing a scene. Stated they would "simply increase the bill to accommodate for the sprinkler repairs". Which is what they did. Refused to turn in to their insurance. BEWARE! If you hire someone who does damage, their insurance is responsible according to the law. Attorney fees were higher than the amount in question, so basically they get away billing this way! No honesty or integrity with this company. I would not recommend them for that reason alone.

Landlord gave them keys to both apartments, but there are two central air units, two seperate doors (one upstairs in back one downstairs in front), two separate mailboxes. All it took was a little accountability and an apology.... Wild way to talk for a business owner. Came out of the bathroom to a tech in my living room (my door was locked before entering the bathroom) when asked if he can be helped he points and says the neighbor upstairs has no A/C and the filter needs replaced. Then walks out and locks the door.... Okay but if you knew it was an issue for upstairs, why are you downstairs.... When the tech themselves said it was an upstairs issue.... With its own central air unit.... Call them to confront, met Amy who told me they just won't come work on our system, fine I never called you anyway.... And that she hoped me and my family dies from no A/C. Don't support this business, they will enter without permission into your homes, and wish death upon your kids.
